Asian Para Games volunteers debut at test event

The 2010 National Wheelchair Tennis Championship began in Guangzhou on July 22 as the first test event for the Asian Para Games this December. Over 200 Asian Para Games volunteers served the championship.

Guangzhou, July 22 - The 2010 National Wheelchair Tennis Championship began in Guangzhou on July 22 as the first test event for the Asian Para Games this December. Over 200 Asian Para Games volunteers served the championship under the guidance of 11 veteran disabled volunteers.

An athlete who got his injury during the Wenchuan Earthquake in 2008 gives a thumb up for Asian Para Games volunteers.

During the championship, the volunteers provided a wide range of services such as reception, technical support, identification card distribution, medical services, publicity, spectator services, ballboy/ballgirl services and dressing room services.
