Mica Paris is to sing the anthem for the BT Paralympic World Cup.

It is hoped the soul singer's track - Hold On, which will bolster over 400 athletes taking part at the largest annual multi-sport elite disability competition in Manchester from May 25-31.

She said: "As a Londoner, I see first-hand the difference that the Olympics and Paralympics can make. Athletes have the power to inspire people and the BT Paralympic World Cup is a fantastic chance to see the world's best Paralympic athletes compete against each other."(The End)
