"Xue'eryou," or Xooyo Book Store, was founded by Miss Chan in 1994 and sells books related to social sciences, culture, economics and administration, and academic books. It is currently the largest and most influential non-governmental academic and cultural bookstore in Guangdong.

After 15 years of loyal service to readers, the book store has become a respected brand and 13 retail branches have been set up across Guangzhou.
