San Xing Dui, representing the mysterious ancient Shu civilisation, is recognised as having thrived 3000 to 5000 years ago. The ancient Shu civilisation suddenly died out during the Western Han Dynasty (BC206-AD25) leaving an unsolved mystery. Only with a large number of exquisite and exotically decorated bronze wares, jade wares and gold pieces can we trace the pattern of this ancient civilisation.

A set of rare relics unearthed from the sites of the San Xing Dui and the Jin Sha sites will be showcased in Guangzhou. All the pieces are taken from the Guanghan San Xing Dui Museum in Sichuan and the Chengdu Museum. These priceless ancient Shu treasures were escorted to Guangzhou under an extremely tight security system and include Bronze Masks with protruding Eyes, a Bronze Human Head with Gold Mask and a Gold Human Face Statue.
