The Guangzhou Asian Para Games Organising Committee (GAPGOC) gave detailed presentations about the progress of preparations for the Games. All parties at the meeting held discussions on a range of topics about the Games, including the organisation of competitions, construction of venues and barrier-free facilities, broadcasting and media services, construction of the information system, accommodation, catering, transport, medical classification and the Chefs de Mission Seminar.
The APC and IPC were satisfied with the preparations for Guangzhou 2010 and gave some suggestions for the work ahead. The meeting concluded that GAPGOC's efforts since the 1st APC Coordination Commission Meeting in June have met the requirements of the general work plan of the Games and laid a solid foundation for an Asian Para Games as spectacular as the Asian Games.

The 2nd APC Coordination Commission Meeting was held before the one-year countdown to the 2010 Asian Para Games on Saturday, December 12.
