Led by award-winning Chef de Cuisine Georg Christian Schroeppel, the daily menu showcases contemporary western cuisine incorporating freshly imported and local seasonal produce. The fresh ingredients, such as organic fruits and vegetables, succulent meats and seafood, and oils and vinegars are sourced from the best suppliers around China, Asia, and Europe, bringing diversity and the enhancement of tastes and flavors to the palate. Traditional and innovative cooking processes like cold smoke or the use of special equipment enable the extraction of each ingredient's flavour, creating impressive dishes and uniquely sensual experiences.
Beginning with freshly baked breads, guests can choose from either the three set menus or the a la carte choices to indulge on their favorites or the chef's recommendations.
