Fried Eel

Eels (or "Huang Shan" in Chinese) are a Cantonese gourmet's favorite for taste and nutrition. They also happen to be the specialty of the Xin Taile Restaurant in Guangzhou.

This well-received Cantonese food court offers a variety of award-winning eel dishes, including fried eel rolls, icy fresh eel slices and seasoned rice with eel. Many of its other delicacies are also regarded as "one-thumb-up".

The décor is basic and not very spacious in its branches on Panfu Road and in Tianhe. However, the Jiangnan Xi Branch offers better ambience.

Prices average about 50 Yuan per person. (The End)
