GUANGZHOU - "As soon as I return to Kuala Lumpur, I will send the address of the website to every member of the APC," promised Mr Dato' Zainal Abu Zarin, President of the Asian Paralympic Committee (APC).

Mr Zarin, 67 from Malaysia, attended the launch ceremony of the official website of the 2010 Asian Para Games in Guangzhou yesterday. He browsed the website after the ceremony and answered questions from the local media.

Mr Zarin was impressed by the website's large amount of information and exciting design. "I think this is already excellent at this stage," he said, added that "as the Games approaches, we can activate more functions."

Mr Xavier Gonzalez, Chief Executive Officer of the International Paralympic Committee, also attended the launch ceremony and showed interest in the website, opening some 20 page.

The 2010 Asian Para Games will be held in Guangzhou in December 2010.
