Guangzhou – The Asian Paralympic Committee (APC) Board of Executive Committee recently visited Guangzhou as the APC successfully concluded its second APC Board of Executive Committee meeting with Guangzhou Asian Para Games Organising Committee (GAPGOC) and conducted venue inspections including a visit to Guangzhou Gymnasium.

On October 30, APC President Mr Dato' Zainal Abu Zarin, met with Mr Su Zequn, Executive Deputy Mayor and member of standing committee of Guangzhou Municipal Government. During the meeting both parties agreed that Guangzhou Asian Games and Guangzhou Asian Para Games would be held in 2010 at the same time, and that these sporting events would definitely enhance Guangzhou's relationships with other Asian countries and boost the development for Para-sports.
