"Tokyo 2009 Asian Youth Para Games" is an international sports event that will be held in September 2009 with the participation of young people with disabilities from all over Asia who will compete in a variety of sports such as athletics, swimming, and table tennis.

It is organised by Asian Paralympic Committee (APC) and Tokyo 2009 Asian Youth Para Games Organizing Committee (TAYPOC).

"Your Dream,Our Legacy" is taken as the logo, reading as follows "We can contribute to strengthening the bonds among Asian countries, and encourage young athletes to pursue their dreams and contribute to a bright future. We are also confident that the Games will significantly contribute to the further development of the Paralympic movement throughout the Asian region and the rest of the world."
