Thank you for applying to be a Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games and Asian Para Games Volunteer. Please read carefully the conditions contained in this Agreement and confirm whether you accept these or not. Please note that applications will not be accepted unless the Applicant agrees with the conditions contained herein.

Instructions for Applicants -

I. Please fill in the Application Form completely. Items marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed by all applicants. We will only accept applications that have all the required items filled in.

II. All information given in the application should be true and accurate.

III. Each person is allowed to apply once only and there must be only one person per application. Individuals who lodge more that one application will not be entered into the database.

IV. Applicants must apply to enter the Program on behalf of themselves only. Applications must not be on behalf of another person unless this has been officially authorized.

V. In applying to enter the Program, Applicants agree to abide by all laws, regulations and conditions regarding the use of computers and the Internet, as contained in the Laws of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets, Regulations of the People's Republic of China for Safety Protection for Computer Information Systems and Regulations for the Protection of Computer Software.

VI. After submitting their application, Applicants will get be given an individual account number and a password allowing them access to information related to the Programme. Please keep the account information safe as Applicants will be held responsible if it is found that information has been leaked due to their misuse of the account.

VII. Any private data submitted will be kept completely confidential. Neither GAGOC's Volunteer Department nor its authorised agents will edit or disclose or otherwise reveal any Applicant's personal information unless it has been legally approval.

VIII. All applications will be checked for accuracy after being submitted. We ask all Applicants to ensure that they are able to be contacted by mobile phone via E-mail so that we can confirm interview arrangements.

GAGOC's Volunteer Department reserves the right of final interpretation of any conditions contained in this Agreement. Should any terms of this Agreement conflict with any national laws, the national laws shall take precedence.
